Ben Rhydding and Otley will contest the final in the T20 TB Cup to be played tonight at Burley.
Holders Otley outplayed Ilkley to win by 44 runs in the semi finals.
Batting first, Otley made 179-8 as James Davies (30), Ben Morley (30) and Alex Atkinson (26) all got among the runs.
Ilkley finished well short on 135-8 although Harry Neilsen (44) and Ian Chaplin (31) batted well.
In the other semi-final, Ben Rhydding edged out Burley in a great game.
Rhydding got off to a flier passing 80 in only the seventh over.
Despite Mark Harrison taking 3-34 for Burley, Red Bolton (26), Jamie Pickering (25) and Jason Wright (53) took Rhydding to 179-8.
Burley’s response was on course with openers Nick and David Brook scoring 34 and 38 respectively.
Ed Brown(24) kept Burley up with the rate but his run out left them in trouble, however, Charlie Davy’s 29 almost got them over the line. Pickering took 3-14 in three overs to clinch the game for Ben Rhydding.
Perennial finalists Otley will start favourites but Ben Rhydding will want to get their name on the trophy again, their last triumph was back in 2005.
Main sponsors Greenholme Mills Carpet Centre are again offering the winners £100 and PC Sports are providing the match balls.
