All Saints Church, Ilkley, will be having a 24 hour Day of Prayer, from 8am on Saturday ,November 29.
The Rev Pat Reid, associate minister at All Saints said: "There is so much happening in the world that gives us concern; we need to pray for our world. We need also to pray for situations nearer home, as well as for ourselves.
"There will be various displays and suggestions to help and encourage us. You can engage in quiet prayer on your own, or join with others in an Anthology of Readings and Music at 10.30 am or in a service at 12 noon; a prayer walk around town will set off at 1.30pm. Do join us at any time of the day, and make use of the resources and activities offered. All are welcome."
