The Clarke Foley Centre in Ilkley
This year the Ilkley Homemakers are raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care at their Grand Charity Christmas Fayre on Saturday.
The fair will be held at the Clarke Foley Centre, Cunliffe Road, from 10am to noon, and entry is free. Many other local charities will have stalls at the fair – including Martin House Hospice, Wharfedale Rotary, Manorlands Hospice, Horticap, Ilkley Twinning Committee, Ilkley Operatic Society and many more. Seasonal refreshments will be on sale and the Homemakers are delighted that this year's opener will be John Thirlwell. Organisers ask Ilkley people to come along and support their local charities.
