Councillors are to visit the site of an old NHS health centre in Burley-in-Wharfedale, which a developer hopes to demolish and replace with 37 homes.
Bellway Homes and Bradford District Care Trust have jointly applied for permission for the development of the former Moor Lane Centre in Ron Lawton Close, Burley-in-Wharfedale.
The matter was discussed at the Regulatory and Appeals Committee yesterday, but a decision was deferred to allow the committee to organise a site visit.
