Ilkley: Detached house in grounds of 251 Leeds Road. Ilkley: Construction of single-story extension to rear and increasing width of rear dormer at 14 Regent Road. Ilkley: Construction of a garage at 60, Victoria Avenue. Ilkley: Basement extension to the south elevation at Myddleton House, Langbar Road.
Menston: Construction of conservatory at Darwin Bank, 8, Whiddon Croft. Menston: Change of use of barns with alterations and extension and demolition of redundant farm buildings to form two new dwellings with access drive to dwelling at Brookleigh Farm, Burley Road.
