Former Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman has been presented with a lifetime achievement award at his 80th birthday gala at The 02.
Bill was joined at the event by an array of rock and roll stars including Robert Plant, Bob Geldof, Mick Hucknall, Sir Van Morrison and Mark Knoplfer.
He was presented with the BluesFest Lifetime Achievement Award by Sopranos star and Bruce Springsteen guitarist Steven Van Zandt.
Previous recipients of the award are Valentinos star Bobby Womack and Sir Van Morrison.
BluesFest is the UK’s biggest blues, soul and roots festival and runs from Friday to Sunday.
Bill, who turned 80 this week, was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year but is expected to make a full recovery.
