ILKLEY based soprano and singing teacher, Una Barry, will perform with Bradford Cathedral organist and director of music, Alex Woodrow, at service in the cathedral on Sunday August 16.
The two will offer music from 20th-century France and by Vaughan Williams at the 10.15am Eucharist service.
The performance comes as church and cathedral choirs everywhere take their traditional break for the summer.
Una said: "What a wonderful opportunity, and to sing music, whilst unfamiliar to many, is just beautiful and worthy. I just hope people will make the effort to be there and also experience the warmth of welcome from Bradford Cathedral."
