Ilkley will begin their defence of the Yorkshire Shield with a potentially tricky tie at Heath.
Both teams are in Yorkshire Division One next season, Ilkley finishing fourth from bottom last season while Heath were third from the top.
Ilkley won the Shield by defeating York in the final at Pontefract.
Yarnbury, who came fourth in Yorkshire Two, will be at home to Roundhegians, who were relegated from that division last season.
West Park Leeds, who ended 2010-11 third from bottom in Yorkshire Two, host Knotting-ley, who finished ninth in Yorkshire One.
