MUMS and grandmas of pupils at Cononley Primary School have been busy knitting jersey bunting to celebrate the Tour de France.
The school is having a special Tour de France day today, starting with a French breakfast at 8.15am.
Headteacher Paula Hillman said that jersey bunting knitted by villagers would be hung up around school on the day and there would be a quiz in the school hall in the evening.
"It started off as a bit of a laugh, but we've got the local community on board," said Mrs Hillman. " Various mums and grandmas of pupils and our staff have knitted the jerseys which are green, yellow, white and white with red spots."
