A BRAMHOPE-BASED business is on the hunt for photographs of the area.

David Phillip Estate Agents is in the process of updating its website and is having some new photographs taken for the task.

It is also keen, however, to include some good existing images of attractive spots around Wharfedale and the wider area - such as Golden Acre Park - and would like to hear from anyone with a shot they would like to share.

Councillor Barry Anderson (Con, Adel & Wharfedale), who was contacted by the firm about their ‘photo-hunt’, has agreed to help and is spreading the word via his contacts.

He said: “I advised them that I personally don’t have access to a vast gallery of photographs, however I would be willing to write out to my e-information mailing list to see if anyone has any iconic photos of the Adel and Wharfedale area that they would be willing to let the estate agent use.”

Anyone with shots they would be happy to share is asked to send an e-mail to: Lesa@davidphillip.co.uk.

David Phillip Estate Agents was one of the first local businesses to start using 3D tours to show potential customers around properties virtually. That proved to be a hit with the public and has gone on to become an invaluable tool due to the restrictions that have been in place since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

Based at 86 Leeds Road, the company opened its Bramhope office in 2018.
