THE first sponsors for the Otley Carnival 2026 have been announced.

The carnival, set for Saturday, June 20, promises to be a "vibrant celebration of community spirit, creativity, and local pride," according to organisers.

The confirmed sponsors include Leeds City Council Outer North West Committee, Sinclairs, Arundel Travel, Otley Garden Centre, Leeds Bradford Airport, and Ison Harrison Solicitors.

Organisers say their "generosity" helps keep the carnival free and accessible.

The carnival committee is now inviting more businesses to join in, with a range of sponsorship packages available.

These packages include the Gold Package at £300, which offers a website mention, marketing material inclusion, a full-page advert in the digital programme, and social media coverage.

The Silver Package is £200 and includes similar benefits but with a half-page advert.

The Bronze Package, at £100, features a quarter-page advert in the digital programme and social media coverage.

General donations are also welcomed, with all donors entered into the annual carnival prize draw.

Confirmed prizes include a Buon Apps hamper, a pie meal for two from The Roebuck, a meat voucher from Wilkinsons Butchers, and a visit to Ayup Sauna.
