ILKLEY Town Council has agreed to work with the Clarke Foley Centre to help them overcome their financial difficulties.
A package will be co-developed and implemented in the new year.
Ilkley Town Mayor Councillor Karl Milner said: “The Clarke Foley is a crucial asset for the town – everyone is keen to see their good work continue.”
The Clarke Foley Community Centre launched a Friends scheme in November in a bid to raise vital funds to secure its future. To become a Friend, there is an annual membership fee of £30 a year, which works out at just 8p a day, to help support the charity and its activities.
You can sign up to become a friend via the website clarkefoley.org.uk pick up a form in the centre and pay in person, or contact the office team on 07442 261462 to make a payment by phone.
