AN inquest into the death of a cyclist from Ilkley who died in a crash in Denton Road on April 2 is due to be opened next month.
Adrian Stocks, 59, died when he was struck by an Audi which was overtaking another car as he signalled to turn right.
Mr Stocks, who was a director of Cliffe House Day Nurseries chain of nurseries, in Bradford and Leeds, died at the scene of the collision.
Two Bradford men, aged 19 and 24, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
An inquest is due to open at North Yorkshire Coroners' Court in Northallerton on May 9.
Cliffe House has seven nurseries in the area with one each at Baildon, Shipley, Bramhope, Burley-in-Wharfedale and Pudsey and two in Horsforth.
