TICKETS have gone on sale for Ilkley Town Council's concert to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.
The King Charles III Coronation Concert takes place on bank holiday Monday, May 8 at 6pm in the King's Hall, Ilkley.
A spokesperson for Ilkley Town Council said: "We invite residents to apply soon to avoid disappointment.
"It will feature a range of popular, uplifting and patriotic music for all ages, suitable to mark the festive occasion. In addition to the ever-popular Clifton and Lightcliffe Brass Band and solo items from professional singers and instrumentalists, there will be performances from Ilkley’s Upstagers and respected Ilkley and Skipton chamber choir Pinsuti. A bar will be available throughout the evening.
"The Town Council hopes that the ticket price of £2.50 per person will enable any local people who wish to attend to be able to do so. Tickets can be obtained from Ilkley’s Visitor Information Centre, located in the library on Station Road next to the Town Hall. The Centre can be contacted by phone (01943 602319) and email (ilkley.vic@bradford.gov.uk)."
