THE Ikley Beer Festival, beloved among real ale enthusiasts, is returning in 2023 for its 15th Anniversary.

The 2023 festival will be held on Friday and Saturday, February 10 and 11 and will offer over 20,000 pints of cask ale, craft beers and ciders, as well as wine, Prosecco and a popular gin bar.

The event is organised by Ilkley & District Round Table and last year’s event raised over £40,000, all of which was used to support local charities and good causes.

As well as the excellent selection of drinks, food will once again be provided by Lishman’s of Ilkley, with their famous pork pies, sausage rolls and pasties available throughout the weekend. To add to the entertainment, live music will be provided by Northern Epidemic (Friday evening), Alex Eva (Saturday afternoon) and Back Chat Brass (Saturday Evening).

Guy Weston, Ilkley & District Round Table Chairman said “We’re very excited for the 15th anniversary of the Ilkley Beer Festival. This event has grown to become a cornerstone of the Ilkley social calendar and the 2023 event will again bring together our community and give us all an opportunity to meet up with old friends and hopefully make some new ones. We’re also continuing to focus on making the festival more sustainable and tickets will once again be online only, as will our festival programme and beer guide this year.”

Organisers hope to be able to announce the brewery bars around December, with a full beer list in the new year. Due to ongoing supply issues for a lot of breweries, lists may vary up until the week of the festival. During the event you will be able to access our live beer listings which will have up to date availability of the beers across sessions

Tickets are now on sale for Friday Evening (5.30pm-11pm), Saturday Afternoon (11am-4pm) and Saturday Evening (5.30pm-11pm). More details on the Ilkley Beer Festival and how to book tickets can be found via the website at www.ilkleybeerfestival.org.uk
