Places are available at local yoga classes
ILKLEY Yoga Club and Addingham Yoga Circle have spaces for anyone wishing to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
Margaret Scott said: "Our small friendly groups are suitable for beginners and people with experience, as all postures are carefully taught by our experienced teacher. There's no membership fee and you pay weekly when you attend."
Addingham Yoga Circle meets on Monday evenings 7.30pm to 9pm during term time at Addingham Primary School.
Ilkley Yoga Club meets on Thursday evenings 7.30pm to 9pm in Riddings Hall on Riddings Road.
