THE AIREBOROUGH Inner Wheel Club has had a good start to 2022.
Members have been able to meet again and enjoyed a lunch together in January. The club has welcomed speakers on 40s fashion, Newby Hall and Menston Ladies cricket club which it will be sponsoring.
A club spokeswoman said: "President Anne organised a guided walk round Addingham. The photograph was taken by Jim Robinson, Chairman of the Addingham Civic Society. The informative tour ended with tea and cake.
"The club also undertakes hands-on help or sponsors much needed serious work, locally, nationally and internationally including support for those fleeing the war in Ukraine.
"The Aireborough Inner Wheel Club recently hosted the Inner Wheel District 4 Rally at The Pavilions in Harrogate."
The next event is a Plant and Cake Stall at Upper End Farmhouse, 58 Town Street, Guiseley, LS20 9DT. Proceeds will be sent to the children’s charity Over The Wall.
