AN ILKLEY motorist has been fined £400 for speeding.
Aleksandra Despotova, 29, of Sunset Terrace, Ilkley, was caught exceeding the 30 mile per hour limit on a restricted road by an automatic camera device. The defendant was travelling at 41mph.
The offence occurred on the A660 Otley Road in Leeds on June 12, 2021.
An offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required was withdrawn.
On Tuesday November 16, 2021 magistrates at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court imposed a fine of £400, costs of £90 and £34 to fund victim services.
The defendant's driving record was endorsed with four points.
