OTLEY Zombie Apocalypse and Ilkley Scare Trail have joined forces to form Leeds Scare Trail to bring the excitement to Golden Acre Park in Bramhope.

The Leeds Scare trails are a Halloween charity fundraiser consisting of two very different trails.

All revenue will be donated to local charities and good causes including Charlie’s Angel Centre Foundation, West Park Rugby Club, Hug on a Tray and Addingham Scouts.

The day time Pumpkin Trail runs from 10am-5pm on Saturday, October 30th and Sunday, October 31st. Follow a trail of over 200 pumpkins in the heart of Golden Acre Park, with lots of games and activities to do along the way. It’s a free event (with a suggested donation of £1). Complete the Pumpkin Trail activities to enter a prize draw. It’s a fun day out for all the family.

The second trail is very different. The Frightmare Trail starts as the night draws in, with a 2km interactive walk through the park with live actors, special sound and lighting effects.

The Frightmare Trail is on for one night only, Saturday, October 30th October. Gates open at 6.30pm with last entry at 9.30pm. Tickets are £7 online and £10 on the night. Due to the nature of the trail, it’s recommended for brave souls aged 13 plus so parental discretion is advised, but anyone under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hot and cold refreshments are available on the night as well as Frightmare merchandise and 100 per cent of the revenue goes to local charities and good causes.
