Bradford Magistrates Court
A 26-YEAR-old woman has been fined £200 for driving a vehicle without due care and attention.
Charlotte Hubbard, 26, of Cross Bank Road, Addingham, committed the offence on May 18, 2021, on Coutances Way, Burley-in-Wharfedale.
As well as the fine she was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and costs of £90. Her driving record was endorsed with five points.
The defendant's guilty plea taken into account when imposing sentence.
The case was heard before Bradford Magistrates Court on Monday, September 20.
