GUISELEY School has congratulated to Year 11 students who received their GCSE and Vocational results this week.
Headteacher Mr Paul Clayton said: "Over the past two years of their course our students have had to adapt to new ways of working as they moved between learning in school and learning on-line. Their hard work throughout this unprecedented period has paid off with a number of students achieving multiple top qualifications of Grade 9. Their flexibility and adaptability over these two years will no doubt have set them up with the independent learning skills they need to thrive at the next stages of their education.
"It was lovely to be able to see the students opening their results and their delight with their grades was evident. Our students have worked incredibly hard in very challenging circumstances, and we are delighted with how well they have done. We wish them all the very best for the future."
