Ilkley: Conversion of rear conservatory and rear single storey extension, 10 Wheatley Road.
Ilkley: Submission of details required by condition 3 (materials), 5 (surface water drainage details), 6 Shannon Close.
Ilkley: Internal and external alterations including conversion of existing second floor flat and second floor extension to create a total of four apartments, Red Gables, 59 Parish Ghyll Drive.
Ilkley: Demolition of Hollycroft Care Home and construction of new build care home together with associated car parking, landscaping and amenity space provision, 16 Hebers Ghyll Drive.
Ilkley: Single storey rear extension and modifications to porch and front elevation, 22 Collyer View, Leeds Road.
Burley Woodhead: Replacement of window frames on the south and east elevations, Turnpike Farm, Green Lane.
Menston: Two storey extension to side and single storey extension to rear, 1 Chevin Avenue.
Menston: Change of use of agricultural building and land to one dwelling (C3), land at Moor Lane/Hillings Lane.
Burley-in-Wharfedale: Remove existing pointing to external walls and replace with recommended lime mortar, 48 Main Street.
