An Ilkley Town Council by election takes place this week
VOTING in the by-election for the Ben Rhydding ward on Ilkley Town Council takes place on Thursday, June 24.
Residents who are eligible to vote can do so from 7am to 10pm.
Polling stations are at First Ben Rhydding Scout Group HQ, Wheatley Lane, Ben Rhydding and St John’s Church Hall, Bolling Road, Ben Rhydding.
One councillor will be elected.
Candidates contesting the election are: Susan Fricker for the Labour Party; David Nunns for the Conservative Party and Steve Spoerry for the Liberal Democrats.
