'We need pros and cons' of East of Otley development

THE East of Otley Action Group have set out what they see as the downsides of the proposed development of housing, a relief road and community sports facilities east of the town. As they seem to be acting as champions of the people in this matter then they have a duty to provide sufficient information to allow people to form an informed view of what to do. The Action Group has so far only provided half a picture, there are presumably benefits to the town as well, and while these may be inconvenient for the ‘no’ case , if the people of Otley are to decide what’s best for their town, they need both the cons AND the pros clearly described.
