RESIDENTS and the care team at Teal Beck House care home in Crow Lane, Otley, which is part of Anchor Hanover, are celebrating after the group won Large Residential Care Provider of the Year at the LaingBuisson Awards, which honour and celebrate industry excellence in the UK health and social care services within public, private and third sectors.

Anchor Hanover was recognised nationally for its excellence in providing residential care for older people and its focus on innovation and engagement with residents. This is the second consecutive year Anchor Hanover has received the accolade.

Anchor Hanover’s Director of Care Quality, Cath Holmes said: “The last year has been a challenging time for everyone and our colleagues have worked tirelessly to ensure residents continue to receive the highest levels of care throughout the pandemic, so we are delighted that their work has been recognised.”
