IT'S eyes down at a Keighley bingo hall once again this month.

Buzz Bingo Keighley is reopening on August 20, in the third wave of a UK-wide roll-out programme by the company.

The club, in Alice Street, was closed in March when lockdown began.

It will reopen with extensive new health and safety measures in place, including a maximum capacity, floor markers for social distancing, hand-sanitising stations and screens.

There will also be a new Lucky Stars initiative, with five pence from the sale of each paper book or touch-pad package going to the NHS.

Peter Brigden, for Buzz Bingo, said: “It has been a long few months without seeing our customers and we cannot wait to reopen our doors!

"The club is at the heart of the community and offers an open and friendly space for members to be amongst friends while they enjoy a game of bingo.

"We want to reassure customers that their health and safety is our number one priority. We’ve spent the last few months eagerly preparing for their return and putting all the necessary measures in place to keep them safe."
