LEEDS Trinity University is offering a free taster course in digital coding for people who want to change career or improve their skills.
It starts on Monday, June 1 and is made up of four workshops introducing web development and its basic components. Each workshop lasts two hours. Once participants have completed the taster course, they will be invited to join the successive component course which includes HTML and CSS, Programming with JavaScript, Source Control and Development.
The course is being provided through [re]boot - a £3 million project helping people who want to upskill, gain new skills and qualifications, and find employment in Leeds.
