A VARIETY of summer online community education courses are being promoted by Prince Henry’s Grammar School.
The Otley school is unable to run its usual programme of evening classes over the summer due to the COVID-19 restrictions - so it is supporting the tutors as they head online to provide a variety of independent study opportunities.
Classes in everything from languages to ukulele playing, gardening and yoga will be available.
Assistant Head at Prince Henry’s, Christopher Lillington, said: “We wanted to support our tutors so we are helping them to offer a series of their own lessons - we know our tutors so we are sure that the quality of what is offered is high. We hope people will take up the offers and support the tutors through this difficult period. We will be planning a programme for autumn and hope to welcome everyone back in September.”
The courses are priced by each tutor - for contact numbers visit www.princehenrys.co.uk/community/community education.
