CHOCOLATIERS at Bettys Craft Bakery have been debating the use of a chocolate teapot.

They’ve concluded that while it might not be practical for containing tea, it is a delight to eat and the perfect place to hide a special golden ticket.

This Easter Bettys has created a very limited-edition Chocolate Teapot. Only 28 have been made in total and these will be on sale in Bettys branches across the region. Each of the teapots is hand-moulded with 450g of the finest Swiss Milk Chocolate, finely brushed with gold lustre and finished with hand-decorated flowers using Swiss white chocolate. Within each Chocolate Teapot is a voucher for afternoon tea for two at Bettys.

On top of this, one Chocolate Teapot will also contain a golden ticket, inviting the lucky winner to a chocolate making course at Bettys Cookery School. This course is a great all-rounder, covering a wide range of chocolate-making techniques. Participants work individually with expert guidance and help and leave at the end of the day with a wonderful selection of irresistible hand-crafted chocolates.

Bettys Chocolate Teapots will be for sale across all six Bettys branches from Wednesday, March 4 at £69.95.
