STUDENTS of Ben Rhydding Primary raised money for Children in Need on Friday, dressing down and they also held a bring and buy sale, organised by Robert Carter.
The total amount raised from the pupils of the school was £524.60.

Robert organised the bring and buy sale, the boys set up the stall and Sophie made lots of bracelets to sell on the stall.
The money raised from Children in Need events such as this one help the charity provide grants to projects in the UK which focus on children and young people who are disadvantaged.
The charity is currently supporting 2,400 projects all across the UK which help children facing a range of disadvantages such as poverty and deprivation; children who have been the victims of abuse or neglect or disabled young people.
