PEOPLE will get the chance to step back in time at an event organised by Aireborough Historical Society.
Around 100 old photographs will be displayed at the Chit Chat event on Saturday, November 23, starting at the new time of 2pm.
The latest in the series of Chit Chats will be staged from 2pm to 4pm at Yeadon Methodist Church Hall, which is to the right of the town hall.
Archivist Carlo Harrison said: “Plenty of car parking space and refreshments are available at this free entry event.
“A couple of hours of historical photographs of Aireborough and surrounding areas, about 100 pictures. Displayed in large format onto the white wall of the church hall.
“Descriptions and comments by me Carlo Harrison, hopefully telling you some stuff that you didn’t know. It’s just a bit of fun, a bit of nostalgia and a bit of wow, I have never seen that before.
“I am looking forward to seeing you there no matter if it’s your first time or you are a regular, everyone is welcome.”
Aireborough Historical Society holds regular Chit Chat events - an initiative which has proved hugely popular since its launch five years ago.
The first event, in May 2014 attracted nearly 100 people.
