A DIGITAL marketing agency has expanded its Ilkley headquarters into a brand-new, high specification office development on Mayfield Road, known as The Point, which is being marketed by Dacres Commercial.

SEO Travel, which specialises in developing marketing strategies for small to medium sized travel companies, has relocated into the 1,172 sq ft ground floor office suite from its previous premises at 48 The Grove.

Longstanding Ilkley company, Halliday Clark Architects, already occupies a large part of the three-storey building, which is just a five-minute walk from Ilkley Railway Station. There are now just two units available to rent.

The last remaining ground floor suite offers 1,172 sq ft of modern, open plan space and there’s also a first-floor suite available that has the added benefit of a mezzanine level set within the roof void, offering a total of 2,017 sq ft of space.

Matthew Brear, an Associate at Dacres Commercial, said: “The Point offers a superb range of modern, purpose-built office space, with excellent facilities, in a great location close to Ilkley town centre.

“There’s nothing else available that meets this standard in Ilkley, so it clearly appeals to ambitious, forward thinking businesses that want a statement office space.

“We’re delighted that SEO Travel has become the latest business to relocate to The Point.”

Tom McLoughlin, Founder at SEO Travel, said: “We’re really excited to be moving into The Point given its fantastic location, modern look and feel and new facilities.

“SEO Travel has grown over the last four years and we’ve struggled to find appropriate premises which we feel reflect the young, ambitious and cultural feel we’re looking for as a specialist PR and marketing company, so we were delighted when the opportunity to move into The Point arose.”

The Point also benefits from a generous allocated parking area and communal facilities that include a shower room, male and female wc’s and lift access to the upper floors.
