RARE coins have been taken in a burglary in Rhyl.
The commemorative coins were taken from a property in the Victoria Road area of the town in the early hours of Thursday, August 22.
Among the items taken are a coin from 1969 featuring HRH Charles the Prince of Wales and another marking the Diamond Jubilee Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: " We were called at 4.48am to a report of a quantity of coins that had been taken from a property in Victoria Road.
"If you are offered coins like these - or similar - or know of their whereabouts, contact us on 101 quoting reference number X121584."
