A PEACE Exhibition opened at the Manor House on Saturday and will run until July 28.

Representatives from Bradford Peace Museum and the co-ordinating group from Ilkley Civic Society and the Friends of the Manor House, who are involved in the Local History Hub, were present along with members of the public. Thanks were expressed to Ben Rhydding Primary School for their poems and art.

Last year’s Ilkley at War 1914-18 exhibition is also on display in the Manor House upstairs western gallery.

Materials are available for making a dove of peace to join the flight of doves installation. On Saturday, July 13 at the Manor House, from 2pm to 4pm is family fun, a drop in event to celebrate peace with the opportunity to make doves or a peace poster.
