A SERIES of seminars for professional advisers and intermediaries will be hosted by family law experts – LCF Law.
The firm will be updating professionals on how their clients’ can best protect their assets in the event of a relationship breakdown. LCF will be hosting the breakfast family law seminar series at locations in Harrogate, Ilkley and Leeds.
Partner, Rachel Spencer Robb, who is the Head of Family Law at LCF Law, said: “Divorce and separation is on the rise, and with the first significant change to UK divorce law in nearly 50 years being recently announced, the new legislation will mean that couples will no longer have to prove fault to get divorced.
“Our breakfast seminar series will provide essential information that will help advisers to add value and insight to the advice they give to their clients, enabling those clients’ to protect their assets in the event of a relationship breakdown.”

All of the seminars will be held within a five minute walk of the rail station and registration is from 8am.
The seminars start at 8.30am and will close by 9.30am. Each delegate will receive an exclusive copy of LCF Law’s Ultimate Guide, providing best practice advice and solutions. The events are part of a number of breakfast seminars that LCF Law is hosting across Yorkshire in 2019.
