PIRATES with smartphones are being sought to seek out treasure in Otley.
A pirate-themed GPS Hunt, which will stash virtual chests and other loot at different spots around town, is being held on Saturday, May 11.
The Pirate Treasure Hunt will see teams, who are being invited to don appropriate fancy dress, competing to uncover clues while racing against time.
The competitors will use their phones to navigate to each of the hidden clue locations, with a riddle or photo challenge awaiting for them at each one.
The event is suitable for adults and children and there will be prizes for the highest scoring team, best team costumes and the best team photo.
