AN ELDERLY woman was in collision with a car in the centre of Ilkley this afternoon.
The woman was involved in the incident outside the Ilkley Cow on New Brook Street at about 3pm.
Restaurant manager Georgia said the woman was believed to have suffered no serious injuries and was stable and conscious.
She said the woman was reported to be in her 70s.
The Yorkshire Air Ambulance landed in the Riverside Gardens on the other side of the road but that was not needed and the woman was taken to hospital by land ambulance.
People posting on Facebook reported that several emergency vehicles rushed to the scene.
The road was closed while the incident was dealt with but re-opened later.
