Guiseley Art Club had a successful art and crafts exhibition in November with more than 200 paintings and crafts on show.
The favourite painting at the exhibition was won by Christine Thomas with her pastel painting A little light on trees. Votes were entered into a prize draw to win an oil painting by Jeremy Taylor and this was won by Laura and Tim Moss of Guiseley.
The art club will hold the following demonstrations and workshops next year.
January 14 - A demonstration by Sue Smith of flowers using pastels. Visitors are welcome.
February 18 - A Workshop by Trevor Ward on the subject of stormy skies using acrylics. Members only.
March 4 - Demonstration by Cath Inglis of pet portraits using pastels. Visitors are welcome.
April 15 - Demonstration by Paula Dunn of oil and cold wax techniques. Visitors are welcome. The charge for visitors is £5.
