PROCUREMENT and supplies staff responsible for buying Airedale NHS Foundation Trust’s goods and services have received a top accolade.
The AGH Solutions Ltd team has been named, by NHS Improvement, among the top 25 per cent of all acute trusts in the country.
The national rankings, recognising efficiency in the way procurement processes are run, aim to end variations in trust purchasing across the country and help the NHS save millions of pounds.
AGH Solutions Ltd was placed 35th out of 136 acute trusts for procurement process efficiency and price performance.
Graham Beck, assistant director of commercial services at AGH Solutions, said: “I am immensely proud of our team and very pleased that its hard work, commitment and dedication has been rewarded by these national ratings.
“The team is committed to ensuring that it obtains the right price for the right goods whilst maintaining the highest of standards.
