OTLEY’S Bellman has added another title to his growing collection of awards.
National champion Terry Ford won the Barnoldswick Bellman trophy on Saturday, October 6 after competing against town criers from across the country.
The biennial competition was held in Barnoldswick Town Square and hosted by Barnoldswick’s Town Crier Eliza Mowe, as part of the town council’s events programme.
Otley recently held its own, inaugural town criers contest which was hosted by Mr Ford and organised by Otley Town Council.
