John Ruskin: a Tortured Genius will be the subject of a talk at Rawdon Community Library this week.

The talk will be given by Dr Graham Parry, Professor Emeritus York University at 7.30pm on Thursday, October 11. Dr Parry was a former editor of The Ruskin Journal.

On Tuesday, November 27 the life and work of Emily Bronte will be explored by Diane Fare of the Bronte Society and Bronte Parsonage Museum. The talk, Emily Bronte; an Elusive Enigma, will be given at 2pm.
