A MAN had to be freed from his car yesterday morning after a collision involving four vehicles.
The crash occurred on West Lane, Keighley, near to its junction with Devonshire Street, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) confirmed.
Police were called to the incident at 12:23am, where three cars were directly involved, while the fourth, an orange Ford Fiesta, was parked at the side of the road.
Two of the other cars were described as a black Honda Civic and a grey Skoda Fabia.
Appliances from Keighley and Bingley Fire Services were also called to the scene.
A 21-year-old male was trapped, and fire crews had to force the car door open so ambulance personnel could gain access and help the man.
He was transported to hospital by the ambulance, but a police spokesperson revealed he suffered minor injuries and had a neck brace on for precaution.
A spokesperson from Keighley Fire Service said: "It seemed to be a serious collision due to the damage to the vehicles."
