A NEW estate agents has opened in Bramhope.
David Phillip Estate Agents, which is handling property purchases and sales across North West Leeds, opened its offices on Leeds Road earlier this month.
It has already taken on - with Hopkinsons Estate Agents, Harrogate - the sale of Rigton House at North Rigton which has a guide price of £3.5 million.
The six bedroom, stone-built property is described as ‘a particularly fine country estate’ featuring hand carved oak interiors and is set in 130 acres with a lake and timber lodge.
