A GEOMETRIC painting of Burley in Wharfedale will be a work in progress at Ilkley Art Show this weekend.
Artist Ian Middleton will be working on his latest geometric painting during the event. He will be at the Kings Hall and Winter Garden from 10am to 4pm on Friday, August 10 and Saturday, August 11.
Residents of Burley are able to have their say on what appears in the picture which is being undertaken in conjunction with the Burley in Wharfedale Community Trust.
Visitors will also be able to watch Yorkshire water colourist and charity fund-raiser Richard Gawthorpe demonstrating his craft in the Gallery At The Art Shop from 11am to 4pm on August 10 and 11. Richard is currently exhibiting his latest works in the Gallery until August 31 and can be seen demonstrating from 11am to 4pm on August 17 and 24. Admission to the gallery is free.
