Yoga
ILKLEY yoga club begins the New Year this evening, January 5, with yoga followed by a bring-and-share party supper. New members welcome, including beginners and those with experience. The club meets weekly at 7.30pm on Thursday evenings in Riddings Hall at Christchurch, on Riddings Road, Ilkley.
Addingham Yoga Circle meets on Monday evenings at 7.30pm, from January 9 at Addingham Primary School on Bolton Road. New members are welcome there too.
Both groups are led by an experienced teacher, and are open to anyone who would like to experience the benefits of yoga in a friendly group. For more details please contact Margaret Scott on 01943 431248 or 07914 700 538.
