BURLEY Scouts and Guides have raised a fantastic £1,700 towards their project of fundraising for a new headquarters when they toured the village with Santa and his sleigh.
The mild weather helped the leaders, parents and members give local residents the opportunity to see Santa.
This has become a popular tradition, and many adults and children were on the lookout for Santa as he made his way around the streets.
The team would like to thank everybody for their generous donations.
They would also love to hear from anyone with time and talents to help them in the fund raising campaign for the new scout and guide headquarters.
