DYNAMO crashed out of the second round of the West Riding County FA Sunday Cup after a heavy defeat against one of the favourites to win the trophy this season.
West Bowling have reached the final on five occasions and won the cup twice. This season they have also reached the second round of the National FA Sunday Cup.
For the first period of this game, Dynamo matched their illustrious opponents and kept them at bay, thanks to some stout defending.They performed well and kept on level terms for almost an hour, with both Sam Jacomb and Danny Bott contributing to an excellent opening performance from the home side.
A hotly-disputed goal for West Bowling, scored after a number of goalmouth scrambles, was all that separated the teams for a long period of the game.
Although Danny Kenna worked hard, Dynamo created few chances against their strong opponents, who are currently top of the Bradford Sunday League.
Midway through the second half, the visitors eventually created a flurry of opportunities. They added a further five goals and dominated the game late on as Dynamo floundered against an experienced side that had produced some clinical finishing to guarantee a place in the third round.
