Lady Mayoress of Bradford, Elizabeth Sharp
THE Lady Mayoress of Bradford, Elizabeth Sharp, is hosting an International Women’s Day Lunch for the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
Anne Morrison, the chairman of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), will be the guest speaker at the event which takes place at noon on March 6, at City Hall, Bradford.
A raffle will also be held for the Lord Mayor’s Appeal, which is supporting Marie Curie and community-based projects in the district through Make It Happen, a scheme to award grants to small groups in the area.
