GILL Raymond We would like to thank the community nurses who came to see Raymond twice a week. Secondly, the Rest Assured Team who would come in the morning to help Raymond up, washed and dressed. Thirdly, we would also like to thank staff at Carverlands Day Centre and Terry the driver. Raymond enjoyed his days at the centre and looked forward every week to going. Fourthly, we would like to thank the Ambulance Service who took Raymond to St James University Hospital and not forgetting the staff in A & E and wards J8 and J29. Finally we would like to thank all the people who attended Raymond's funeral service and wake on Thursday 15th September. Fr John Richardson for conducting the service and committal, John Eveleigh for arranging the eulogy and finally Rob and his team from Co-op Otley Funeralcare for arranging the funeral look seamless. Not forgetting all the people who donated at the funeral service. We raised £270 for Dementia UK.
