Rhythm ’n’ blues greats Dr Feelgood will take to the Ilkley stage next Thursday.
The British band will bring its live show to the King’s Hall to help raise money for Ilkley Cricket Club at 7.45pm.
It will be the first of 12 dates the band are to play during their November UK tour and will feature energetic hits such as Milk & Alcohol, Down At The Doctors, She’s A Wind-Up, and Roxette.
The group will be supported by 11-piece band Five Dollar Shoes, who will play a selection of soul classics from the likes of Otis Redding and Wilson Pickett.
Proceeds go to the ICC’s appeal to improve its clubhouse with a new roof and extending the kitchen and main bar.
Tickets, £12, are available from Ilkley Visitor Information Centre on Station Road, by calling 01943 602319 or 07983 649664 or by emailing ilkleycricketclub @gmail.com.
